How do I pay?
Your payment will be processed via direct deposit. You can find all the necessary information in the final quote that will be emailed to you.
Do I have to pay a Deposit?
Yes, we require a non-refundable 30% deposit, which must be paid within 7 days of receiving your quote to secure your date. Please note your date will not be secured without payment.
How Long in Advance should I Book?
The more time the better, we put a lot of work in to making your event perfect. So the more time you can give us the better your event will be!
How long do you need to set up?
Every event is unique, our standard setup typically takes about one hour. For larger installations, we need up to four hours to ensure everything is perfect. When we provide you with your quote, we will clearly indicate the time required for your specific event.
I am having an outdoor event, does that change anything?
Outdoor events are a fantastic way to celebrate and create lasting memories! However, they do require careful planning to ensure everything goes smoothly. Weather conditions can significantly impact your event, so it's essential to prepare. Make sure to choose a shady, flat surface for your setup, as sun and wind can affect the appearance of your decorations, especially balloons.
Where can I pick up Balloons and Hire Items?
if your choosing to pick up and install yourself, pick up is available from Berkeley Vale in the Central Coast. If you are picking up balloons please get them to your event or home and store in dark room until your event. Balloons do not like sunlight and this will effect their appearance.
What Areas do you Service?
We proudly serve the beautiful Central Coast of NSW and, depending on the size of your setup, we also travel to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and the Northside of Sydney.
